When you partner with Global Reward Solutions®, you have complete flexibility to configure reward catalogues to suit your needs. Our full API offering enables our partners to browse, search and order reward catalog items.
Partners receive dedicated portal access and their tailored reward selection is delivered to their downstream systems / programs:
- Full review access to all catalog details, including pricing
- Create unique galleries / stores to meet your client or program requirements
- Control when a catalog is available to downstream systems or programs
- Determine the currency for reward costing
- For international programs, Global Reward Solutions® will handle all the currency conversion calculations using the closing rate from the previous day

Suppliers to Global Reward Solutions® are integrated either through a batch file process or though real-time APIs. In either scenario, the suppliers’ reward catalogs are kept up-to-date and maintained automatically. As additional reward catalogs are integrated into Global Reward Solutions®, they are automatically made available to our partners.
If any of our partners has their own reward catalog they would like to offer through Global Reward Solutions®, we can set you up as a supplier and make your catalog available. If the catalog is small and doesn’t change frequently, it can be managed manually through the interface. All orders placed within Global Reward Solutions® are fulfilled by the supplier associated with that item.
Global Supplier Support
With Global Reward Solutions®, each one of our suppliers has their own login credentials that provides them access to their catalog, reward and order information. Worldwide suppliers can choose how they want to integrate both catalog/reward management and order management:

Global Reward Solutions® has a fully integrated in-bound call center providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and live chat connections to key suppliers. Currently, Tier 2 customer support is available in English, Spanish, French, and Cantonese.
Client Dashboard
With Global Reward Solutions®, program managers can access a real-time order summary and real-time float balance to easily track the status of their orders. Our message center sends out regular system and supplier updates to keep you notified of program developments or changes.
